ditch_spam_for_relay_MX_direct defer (-1): condition check lookup defer

Terry
Hi just done a clean install on freebsd including a migration from vexim.
When I send an email locally to an existing address i get

R=ditch_spam_for_relay_MX_direct defer (-1): condition check lookup defer

also exim -bt [hidden email] gives me
cannot be resolved at this time: condition check lookup defer

spamd is running but it does not seem to be getting that far and stops abruptly in the logs

Sure I am missing some thing silly here some where
I can resolve names fine host google.com
google.com has address 74.125.79.99

But I am not sure how too debug exim further

Thanks
Terry
